About me

Portrait of Micha van Wissen in a suit with glasses, sitting and working in front of his laptop.

My name is Micha, writer of computer questions, stories, and personal texts. On this website, I explain digital topics in a way that everyone can follow — even without technical knowledge.

Technology plays an increasingly important role in daily life. Yet explanations are often made unnecessarily complicated. That’s why I write in plain language about computers, the internet, digital security, and practical questions people encounter.

Earlier, I worked through projects such as OursBamse.nl and YourITProfessional.com. This website is now the place where everything comes together: writing, explaining, and sharing topics that occupy my mind.

In addition to articles about computers and technology, I am also working on a personal book. Writing helps me shape thoughts, experiences, and ideas in a clear and accessible way.

Language plays an important role in that. That’s why I write not only in Dutch, but also in English, French, Norwegian, and Swedish — depending on the topic and the people I’m writing for.

My IT answers and articles still appear through De Dorpsketting (stompwijk.nl — Dutch).

The website michavanwissen.nl is therefore not only a place for technical explanations, but also for stories, thoughts, and topics from everyday life.

Enjoy reading on my website!
