Music has played an important role throughout my life. Although I don’t play any instrument myself, I listen with joy to my favorite artists every day. Since 2011, I’ve been tracking my listening habits through Last.fm. This allows me to see exactly which songs and artists move me the most. Over the years, I’ve collected, liked, and organized thousands of songs — first through WinAmp, later through Spotify.
To keep an overview, I’ve brought my music data together in my own database. Around my database, I built a small website where everything becomes clear. This way, I can see which songs I’m still missing, which favorites I need to re‑add, and how my musical taste evolves. Music remains a source of inspiration, memories, and joy for me. It has even led me to Norway — a country that has now become an important part of my life.
